GEODIS is evaluating floating offshore wind technologies suitable for SENSEWind adaptation and is making good progress in developing the SENSEWind Up-Tower system for floating offshore wind projects.
Engineering studies are in progress including 3D modelling, structural calculations and capacity requirements of hydraulic cylinders, jacks etc. which are designed to underpin the practical implementation and cost saving potential for floating wind applications.
